PAYMENTS & ORDERS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
I have questions about my order, who do I talk to?

How do I cancel an order?
Please email us at hello@visitpaloma.com with the word "Cancel" in the subject line, as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but rest assure, we will do our best.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Please email us at hello@visitpaloma.com with the word "Address Change" in the subject line as soon as possible and we will try our very best to accommodate.
We cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed and fulfiled. Our team can attempt to cancel it, but please know we cannot guarantee order cancellations at this time.
Orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Can you help with a damaged product?
We apologise that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the continental U.S., including 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. We also ship to Singapore and Malaysia.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States, Singapore and Malaysia. Watch this space, we are working hard to be in your neighborhood in no time!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is 100% on us for all US and Malaysia orders valued at USD $50 or more (pre-tax and shipping costs).
It’s a flat rate of $7.50 for all US orders under $50. If you’re in a rush, we also offer two or three-day delivery for up to $19.50.
Standard shipping for West Malaysia orders are $2.50 and East Malaysia orders are $3.50.
When will my order ship?
All orders shipped within the United States will be fulfilled by Amazon.
Visitpaloma.com orders are processed within 2 business days (with exceptions of peak holiday season and public holidays). Orders placed by 12AM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Once Amazon, our 3rd party logistic partner picks, packs and scans your package, the tracking information will be sent via email or can be tracked here.
For orders placed and to be shipped within Malaysia will be processed by DHL.
When will my order arrive?
All orders with Free Shipping will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Expected delivery timeframe is as follows, after your order is being processed by Team Paloma and picked up by our carrier.
Standard - within 5 business days
Expedited - within 3 business days
Priority - within 2 business days
International Express - within 2 business days
Delivery speed is applicable to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC only.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We proudly offer a 30-day refund on all of our skincare products, should there be a change of mind. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please reach out to hello@visitpaloma.com and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We do not issue exchanges and will only process a full refund for products returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund your products, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
Products marked "Sale" are not eligible for return. We closely monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns without notice.
How do I start a refund?
We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you, but our Customer Care team will be happy to help. Just reach out to hello@visitpaloma.com with your order number, and one of our team members will follow up with you and provide instructions.
Note: Unused products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in its original packaging.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Return requests are processed within 2 business days. We initiate the refund instantly on our end post-approval. However, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Reach out to us at hello@visitpaloma.com with your order number, and the product you are referring to, and we will be able to help.
PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS
WHO IS DR. P AND WHY DOES HE MATTER AT PALOMA?
Dr. P obtained a PhD in Medical Sciences from University of London, the science of dealing with the maintenance of health and the prevention and treatment of disease. Dr. P then engaged in pharmaceutical as well as cosmetic research for 33 years. Dr. P keeps the fun team in check, brings our dreams to life, and ultimately makes sure that every new and exotic ingredient we include is safe and bioavailable to perform its function intended in the skin for optimal effect.
Quite frankly, we’re glad he’s part of our team.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC / NATURAL?
Paloma combines the power of new and exotic, naturally occurring and advanced science ingredients that are simple to use, highly effective, non-toxic, non-irritating, and Absolutely cruelty-free.
In our formulations, Dr. P stays away from aggressive, irritating ingredients.
Beyond this, Dr. P refuses labels such as ‘organic,’ ‘natural’ or ‘clean,’ which have no consistent definition and tell you nothing about a product’s safety, efficacy or bioavailability.
We are committed to bringing you the best, new, unique, exotic ingredients and being certified “organic” does not necessarily yield the best results.
DO PALOMA PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?
We do not use perfume, added fragrance or essential oils. As we know, most fragrances contain allergic substances, or “allergens”.
If at all present, it is compulsory to state this on the label, even if the percentage contained is minimal. Therefore, should an exception to the range occur later, it will be indicated in the list of ingredients as PARFUM or FRAGRANCE
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
No, our products are not vegan.
DOES PALOMA TEST ON ANIMALS?
Our products and ingredients are not and will never be tested on animals, under any circumstances. We would rather test it on our mums, which we have.
CAN I COMBINE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH RETINOL?
We recommend that formulations are not tampered with by mixing randomized ingredients.
At Paloma, we believe in rejuvenating and healing the skin by helping it fight inflammation and supporting it with strong antioxidants and anti-bacterial ingredients. Thus, we do not recommend combining our products with Retinol.
CAN I USE PALOMA PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?
Absolutely. All of our products are specially designed for sensitive skin and should be gentle enough to be tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types since Dr. P avoids any aggressive ingredients. Also, one of our co-founders has extremely sensitive skin.
However, everyone's skin is unique and skin can negatively react to any ingredient. For example, some people may find they are sensitive to natural ingredients such as essential oils or fruit extracts, and for this reason, we display the full product ingredients on the product page of our website to enable customers to make an informed choice before purchase. Even the most gentle ingredients can cause a reaction in certain people's skin so we recommend patch testing a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist area to ascertain its compatibility.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Dr. P’s formulations are made to ensure minimum instances of allergic reactions. However, if you have noticed sensitivity reactions in the past following the use of cosmetic products, you can carry out a test. Simply apply a coin-sized amount of the product (taking it from a tester) to the inside of your forearm and leave it on, ideally for a whole day. If the area becomes red or has any type of reaction, then the product probably contains a raw material that is not tolerated.
If there is no reaction, then you can use the product confidently.
